Corn Salad
Corn Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. (rounding full) fresh corn, 2 c. diced celery, 3 c. shredded cabbage, 4 large onions, diced and 1 large can pimiento or 1 partly sweet red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put all ingredients together in a large kettle.
Mix well. Heat just to boiling.
Do not boil because the corn will shrivel. Stir real good and, when hot, put in heated jars and lids and seal.
