Corn Salad
Corn Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 small cans shoepeg corn, drained (uncooked), 2 whole green onions, diced, 1 small cucumber, diced, peeled and seeds removed, 1 medium tomato, diced and 2 heaping tbsp. miracle whip (can use light), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
