Corn Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. celery seed, 1/8 tsp. white pepper, 17 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained and 4 oz. jar pimentos, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sugar, salt, celery seed, mustard, pepper and vinegar in a saucepan.
