In medium pan, heat butter and sugar until butter is melted. Stir in flour until blended.
Remove from heat.
Stir in milk. Add eggs and baking powder; mix well.
Add corn.
Turn into buttered casserole; sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350Β°, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
