Grate corn.
Add eggs, cracker crumbs and flour, sifted with salt, pepper and baking powder.
Drop from a tablespoon into one inch of salad oil (hot enough to brown bread cube), 40 seconds; turn once.
Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
