Corn Oyster Casserole
Corn Oyster Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, 4 (1/2 pt.) jars fresh oysters, 4 c. cracker crumbs, milk and butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cook corn and season to taste.
Put layer of corn in casserole dish; top with layer of oysters.
Top with layer of cracker crumbs. Dot with butter.
Make another layer of corn, oysters and cracker crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Pour milk over all until all ingredients are covered.
Bake in 350Β° oven until golden brown, about 1 hour. Very good.
