Corn Meal Muffins is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1 c. buttermilk, 1 tbsp. baking soda and 1 c. corn meal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg.
Add buttermilk and soda.
Blend in approximately 1 cup of meal.
Do not have mixture thick.
Put into greased muffin tins (12).
Bake in oven at about 375Β° until tops brown.
Let stand a few minutes before getting out of tins.
