Corn Fritters
Corn Fritters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, milk, 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 3 tsp. baking powder and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain corn, reserving liquid.
Add enough milk to liquid to measure 1 cup.
Sift together the dry ingredients.
Combine egg, milk mixture and corn.
Add to dry ingredients.
Mix until moistened.
Drop batter from tablespoon into deep fat at 375Β°. Fry until brown (3 to 4 minutes).
Makes 2 dozen.
