Corn Fritters
Corn Fritters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Mix well.
With a fork, stir in egg, milk and corn until flour mixture is just moistened.
In a large skillet heat 1/4 inch of oil on medium. Drop corn mixture by tablespoon into skillet about 5 at a time. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Drain well on paper towel-lined tray.
Dust fritters with confectioners sugar.
