Corn Fritters
Corn Fritters is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 3/4 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. cooking oil and 1 c. fresh or canned whole kernel corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine dry ingredients and mix well.
Combine remaining ingredients and blend into dry ingredients, without overmixing. Drop by tablespoons into preheated 375Β° vegetable shortening.
Fry until golden brown, turning once.
Place on paper lined baking sheet in warm oven until all are cooked.
Serve with maple syrup. Makes about 12 (2-inch) fritters.
