Corn Fritters
Corn Fritters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can whole kernel yellow corn, 1 egg, beaten, 1/4 c. flour, 3 tbsp. milk and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine egg and milk; stir in flour and salt.
Stir in corn and make a fairly thin batter.
Drop by tablespoons and fry 3 or 4 at a time in heavy saucepan until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels and keep fritters warm in 200Β° oven while frying remaining cakes.
Makes 10 fritters.
