Corn Flake Muffins

Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside.
Measure corn flakes and milk into large mixing bowl.
Stir to combine.
Let stand about 2 minutes, or until softened.
Add oil and egg; beat well.
Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
Grease pans with 12 muffin cups.
Pour batter evenly into them.
Bake at 400Β° for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Serve warm.
