Heat oven to 425Β°.
Spread half of butter in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with half of cereal.
Stir baking mix and water until soft dough forms.
Beat vigorously 20 strokes.
Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto cereal.
Drizzle with remaining butter.
Press remaining cereal into dough.
Bake until light brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
