Corn Fairfax
Corn Fairfax is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. minced onion, 1/4 c. chopped celery, 4 tbsp. butter, 2 c. (1 can) cream corn and 2/3 c. (1 can) green beans, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Simmer onion and celery in butter for 5 minutes.
Add corn, green beans and parsley.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
Add flour and seasonings.
Blend in evaporated milk.

Pour into shallow baking dish.
