Corn Custard Casserole
Corn Custard Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. green onion, chopped, 1/2 green pepper, chopped, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. butter or oleo and 1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion, green pepper and salt in the butter.
Combine both cans of corn, eggs, muffin mix, milk and 1 cup of cheese.
Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
