Corn Cob Jelly
Corn Cob Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 12 dried field corn cobs, 1 box sure-jell and 3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put the corn cobs in a kettle with enough water to cover and boil for 30 minutes. Strain through cheesecloth.
Measure 3 cups of the juice and put in a saucepan. Add the Sure-Jell.
Boil. Add sugar and boil for 2 minutes.
Skim off any foam.
Pour jelly into hot jars and seal.
