Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 slices bacon, chopped, 3 tbsp. chopped onion, 1 1/4 c. cut up potatoes, 1 c. water and 2 c. cream-style corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook bacon in saucepan until crisp.
Remove from pan and save for later use.
Lightly brown onion in bacon fat; add potatoes and water.
Boil gently for 10 minutes.
Add corn and cook 10 minutes longer.
Stir in milk, salt and bacon.
Heat just until hot.
Makes 6 (1 cup) servings.
