Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. chopped green onion, 1 1/4 c. chicken broth, 2 c. peeled and cubed potatoes, 2 tbsp. instant nonfat dry milk and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Saute onion in oil 2 minutes.
Add broth, milk and potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are tender (12 minutes).
Add corn and cook 1 minute.
PurΓ©e 1 cup chowder in food processor.
Return to saucepan.
Stir in dry milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Yields 4 (1 cup) servings.
