Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bacon, 2 cans creamed corn, 2 cans whole corn (with juice), 1 can evaporated milk and 1 can whole milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large pot, fry bacon until brown.
Remove fat from pan. Add corn, milk, celery seed and butter.
Drain potatoes and celery and add to pan.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Heat until butter melts.
Do not boil.
Better next day.
