Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. cut bacon, 2 c. finely diced raw potatoes, 1/2 c. finely cut celery, 2 cans cream-style corn (#303) and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute bacon and onion.
Add 1 cup boiling water to sauteed mixture.
Add potatoes, carrots and celery and cook until tender. Then add milk, cream-style corn, salt and pepper.
Heat through.
