Corn Chowder

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add onion.
Saute until onion is golden yellow.
Add potatoes, water, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on low heat until potatoes are very soft.
Stir frequently. Add corn, milk and evaporated milk.
Heat, stirring frequently, until chowder bubbles.
