Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 cans corn, drained, 1 jar chopped pimentos, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1 onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large bowl, mix together drained corn, pimentos, celery, onion, mayonnaise and soup.
Pour into greased casserole dish. Spread Cheddar cheese on top.
Toss cracker crumbs with melted margarine until coated, then spread on top of cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
