Made with 2 cans niblets corn (drained), 1 egg slightly beaten, 2/3 c. milk or light cream, 1/2 c. or more cracker crumbs (ritz is best, but can use saltines) and little salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
