Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans corn (shoe peg or white), 1/2 stick butter, 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain corn.
In saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Cook briefly, then gradually add cream, stirring constantly, until sauce has thickened.
Add corn and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes.
