Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 8 1/2 oz. pkg. cornbread mix, 4 eggs, beaten, 2 1/2 c. grated longhorn cheese, 1 8 oz. can diced green chiles and 1 17 oz. can creamed corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix cornbread, milk and oil.
Stir in beaten eggs, both cans of corn, sugar and 1 1/2 c. cheese.
Pour mixture into a greased 11 x 13 inch pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes then top casserole with remaining cheese and bake 20 minutes more.
Can be served warm or cold.
