Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick margarine, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 large can whole kernel corn, drained, 1 large can creamed corn and 1 medium bell pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute onion in margarine.
Add drained whole kernel corn, creamed corn, bell pepper, pimentos, rice, sugar and egg.
Season to taste.
Pour into greased, shallow pan and cover with grated cheese.
Bake until bubbly at 350Β°.
Serves 8 to 10.
