Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with jiffy corn muffin mix, 1 can whole kernel corn, drained, 1 can creamed corn, 8 oz. container sour cream and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter in casserole dish.
In mixing bowl, prepare muffin mix as per package instructions.
Add both cans of corn, sour cream and butter.
Stir to mix and add back to greased casserole dish.
