Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can whole kernel corn, do not drain, 1 can creamed corn, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 pkg. jiffy corn muffin mix and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix all ingredients together except for butter.
Then take a medium size glass casserole dish and put 1 stick of butter in it and place it in the oven until it melts.
After it has melted, mix in the other ingredients and mix together lightly.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
