Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn, 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can kernel corn, drained, 1 stick melted butter, 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients together in a 2-quart casserole and bake for 1/2 hour at 350Β°. If you are adding the cheese, do it now.
Continue to bake for another 10 minutes or so until the casserole is golden brown and firm.
Cut in squares to serve.
