Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn, 1 stick margarine, 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream and 1 box jiffy corn bread mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt margarine in a glass dish.
In a mixing bowl, pour box of Jiffy corn bread mix; add in sour cream.
Mix well.
Add both cans of corn (include liquid in whole corn).
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until browned to your satisfaction.
