Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 pkg. ritz crackers, crunched and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix together in large bowl the corn, cream of celery soup and sour cream.
Pour this mixture into 13 x 9-inch baking dish, then sprinkle crunched Ritz crackers on top. Melt butter and pour over cracker crumbs, evenly.
Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
