Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can shoepeg corn, drained, 1 can french style green beans, drained, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 8 oz sour cream and 1 c shredded cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Layer can of corn, then green beans, pour celery soup over top.
Mix sour cream with shredded cheese and pour over soup mixture.
Mix ritz crackers with melted margarine and pour over sour cream mixture.
Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes in a 9 x 9 ungreased pan.
