Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can regular corn (do not drain), 1 can cream-style corn, 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 pkg. jiffy corn muffin mix and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Add the Jiffy corn mix last. Pour into the baking pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
Test, using a table knife inserted 1-inch from center.
Done when knife comes out clean.
