Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter or margarine, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1 can creamed corn and 1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Melt butter or margarine.
Beat the eggs first and then add to butter or margarine.
Add the onion, both cans of corn, the bread mix and the cheese, mixing well.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
Test for doneness.
Don't overbake.
