Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. jiffy corn muffin mix, 1 can creamed corn (not drained), 1 can corn (regular), drained, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
