Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (11 oz.) can green giant mexicorn, 1 small box velveeta cheese, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 stick butter and 1 small pkg. yellow rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook rice, add all other ingredients.
Do not drain corn. You may also want to save a small amount of cheese to put on top. Bake at 350Β° until top is brown, approximately 20 minutes.
