Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 large onion, chopped, 2 medium green peppers, chopped, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. all-purpose flour and 2 c. frozen or canned corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large skillet, saute onion and peppers in butter until tender.
Stir in flour.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients, except for 1/2 cup cheese.
Pour into a greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
