Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 cans whole kernel corn, drained, 1 c. chopped onions, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. shredded cheese and 1 c. chopped carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Retain 3 to 4 tablespoons liquid and put over corn.
Put corn in greased casserole and add liquid.
Mix remaining ingredients and spread over corn.
Crush 1 package crackers and mix with 1 stick melted oleo and spread over top of casserole.
Cook in 350Β° oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until well browned.
