Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 slices bacon, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 c. celery, chopped and 2 (20 oz. each) cans creamed corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Fry bacon; drain and crumble, reserving drippings.
In bacon drippings, green peppers, onion and celery until tender. Combine sauteed vegetables and bacon, eggs, evaporated milk, corn, green chilies and corn bread mix.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Melt margarine bottom
9 x 13-inch casserole.
Add corn mixture
350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
