Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Made with medium-size onion, chopped, bell pepper, chopped, c. instant rice, mexican corn and cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Saute onion and bell pepper in butter in large cooking dish. Add water.
Bring to a boil.
Add instant rice.
Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add corn and cream of mushroom soup. (Golden cream of mushroom soup may be substituted for more spicy flavor.)
Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
