Corn Bread Taco Bake
Corn Bread Taco Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey, 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning, 1/2 c. water, 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained and 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown meat in skillet and drain.
Stir in taco seasoning, water, corn, peppers and tomato sauce.
Add a dash of cumin (optional).
