Corn Bread Taco Bake
Corn Bread Taco Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 pkg. taco seasoning, 1/2 c. water, 1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained and 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown meat; drain.
Stir in next 5 ingredients; pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Prepare corn muffin mix except add 1/2 can onion rings.
Spoon around outer edge of casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 400Β° for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and remaining onions.
Bake 2 or 3 minutes longer.
