Corn Bread Salad
Corn Bread Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 1/2 medium peppers, diced, 1 large diced onion, 1 can whole kernel corn, drained and 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Make corn bread; crumble in separate bowl.
Combine vegetable ingredients with mayonnaise and 2 Tbsp. sour cream.
Layer corn bread and vegetable mixture; then sprinkle on a little cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
Continue layering until ingredients are gone.
Spread
8 oz. sour cream on top layer; cover with 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and some bacon bits.
Refrigerate overnight, if possible.
