Corn Bread Dressing
Corn Bread Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 c. southern-style cornbread, 4 c. rice, cooked, 1 small onion, diced fine, 1 c. celery, diced fine and 4 eggs, boiled and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine celery, onion and butter in microwave-safe dish. Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes on High.
In large bowl mix all ingredients together.
Pour in large baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
Dressing should be lightly browned.
Serve immediately.
