Corn Bread Dressing
Corn Bread Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 hen or fryer, 1 (9 x 13 x 2-inch) pan corn bread, 1/4 lb. crackers, 4 eggs, boiled and chopped up and 2 c. green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Boil chicken until tender.
After chicken is boiled and tender, take the skin off and debone the chicken; save broth.
Mix corn bread and crackers and boil eggs; chop and add to corn bread and crackers.
Saute onion, celery and peppers and add to corn bread mixture.
Now mix altogether with broth.
Add enough water to make juicy.
You don't want it dry.
Bake at 400Β° until brown on top.
