Corn Bread Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes jiffy corn muffin mix, 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn, 1 stick margarine, 1 c. sour cream and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In 13 x 9-inch pan, melt margarine, then add all ingredients. Stir well and place in hot oven (350Β°) for 30 minutes or until slightly brown.
Remove from oven.
Lightly brush with margarine and slice.
