Corn Bread

👨🍳 Instructions
Mix dry goods in a medium bowl.
Soften shortening in the baking pan or iron skillet in oven at 300°.
Pour into the bowl with the dry goods.
Turn oven to 425°.
Add egg and milk.
Stir. Pour into pan/skillet.
Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes until golden on top.
