Corn Bread
Corn Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 to 1 c. arnett corn meal, 3/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Pour 1/4 cup oil in measuring cup.
Add milk to fill cup. Stir together dry ingredients, then add the milk and oil mixture. Stir only until mixed well.
Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons oil in pan. Place pan in oven until warm.
Pour mixture in pan and bake at 450Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
