Corn Biscuits

Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, mustard and cheese.
Cut shortening with pastry blender to resemble cornmeal.
Add milk; stir to form dough.
Put on floured surface and knead 6 times.
Pat to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with 4-inch biscuit cutter.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 16 minutes or until brown.
