Corn Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 8 oz. sour cream, 2 eggs, 1 box jiffy corn bread mix and 14 oz. can whole corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain whole corn.
Melt butter and add to sour cream in a bowl.
Add eggs, Jiffy mix and both corns.
